D&A Air Conditioning and Heating’s mission is to provide exceptional customer service using the most reliable and cost effective products at reasonable prices while operating on a sustainable financial basis of profitable growth and increasing value.
About Our Company
D&A Air Conditioning and Heating provides full service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair and installation to residential and small commercial customers in Southeast Houston.
Our goal is to offer same day, 5 star service seven days a week. Although this will not always be available
we keep enough staff to provide this regularly, while still keeping our prices low. We offer expanded office hours during the summer months: weekdays 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Our Competition offers standard office hours from 9am to 5pm on weekdays (only), with a single technician “on call” after-hours and on weekends at higher service rates that are usually double to triple the cost.
Many customers are not home from 8am to 5pm and do not discover air conditioning problems until they get home, usually after 5pm. Many also find it difficult to schedule service during standard business hours. Our expanded business hours make scheduling service appointments more convenient, while maintaining a lower price, and of course we offer 24/7/365 emergency service outside normal business hours.
